Matte Papers

Matte papers tend to be more popular among professional photographers and artists for the benefits that they can offer certain images.
A black and white photo can be better appreciated in a matte substrate than a glossy. The way light hits most glossy paper detracts from fully being able to appreciate all the content of the image. In this sense matte papers are a real benefit when it comes to printing medium or large format photos.
Hot Press Papers
This paper has exquisite qualities for the reproduction of pictorial works and photographs. It's a 310g 100% cotton rag paper, which is a step above simply being acid free. The detail and manner of reflecting color gives the image a special aspect. The result is an aesthetically pleasing image, free of texture leaving a smooth and silky surface.
Enhanced Matte Papers
This paper is ideal for projects where cost is a factor. With that being said, the quality of printing with this paper is still very good. This paper is ideal for being cost effective while still maintaining a high end feel.
Hahnemühle German Etching
This paper has the characteristics of 310g watercolor paper. It's also 100% cotton rag.
It is perfect for images with a lot of detail for both the reproduction of paintings and photographs, as well as traditional engravings with unparalleled quality.
